GIFT CARDS

Electronic Gift Cards may be ordered and paid for online and will be sent to you or your nominated receiver by email.  We do not at this time issue physical cards.

TO ORDER A GIFT CARD:

​

  • Prior to purchasing a Card you should have some idea of my massage fees and have decided how much value you intend to apply to the Card;

  • Click the link below to be taken to our credit/debit card processor's website where you can enter details for the required gift card;
     

  • Cards are available in a number of designs or themes, such as for birthdays, Christmas, thank you, etc;

  • You decide on the value of the card by selecting from several preset amounts or entering your own amount;

  • You may pay using a Visa, Mastercard or American Express branded debit, credit or EFTPOS card;

  • If you are purchasing the Card for someone else, you will need to enter their details - including their email address -  and you may include a message or greeting to them;

  • The Card will be sent to you or your nominated receiver by email on the date you nominate.

TO USE A GIFT CARD:

​

  • The receiver of the Card needs to contact us to make a regular booking, and provide us with the card number which will be used as payment (or part payment) for the booked massage;

  • On the day of the booking an image of the card on your phone or tablet, or a printed copy needs to be shown or handed to us by the receiver;

  • If the Card's value or remaining balance is less than the standard price of the booked massage, the difference will need to be paid to us by cash or card prior to the start of the massage; 

  • If the massage is cancelled or postponed by either us or the receiver before the booked date, no deduction will be made to the value of the card and it will remain valid and usable;

  • The Card may be used multiple times until its original value has been fully used - that is, it's value does not have to be used in a single massage session.

TERMS COVERING USE OF GIFT CARDS:

​

  • Cards can be used as full or partial payment towards any massage we provide;

  • Cards do not expire and can be used indefinitely;

  • Cards can not be exchanged with us for cash and we can not make refunds for any unused balance;

  • Cards may only be presented to us and used by the original person to whom they were issued.
